Read the Bible with us in 2019!

In 2019, Hagerstown Church is committing to read through the Bible together! While many of us want to read our Bibles, a lot of times it’s easy to feel like it’s an impossible task, and it’s hard to know where to begin. But with a desire to do it and with help from the right tools, together we can read the Bible consistently in 2019!

f260 reading plan

The F260 Plan is a tool designed to help you consistently read and meditate on Scripture. In case you’re wondering about the name, the “F” stands for foundations, and the plan is 260 days - 5 days a week for 52 weeks.

With F260, you can read through all 66 books of the Bible in one year, while still having the flexibility of reading 5 days per week. The plan is perfect for those with busy schedules, and it can be done in 15-20 minutes per day.

For more information on the F260 reading plan, check out a PDF of the reading plan or follow along using the YouVersion app.

“hear” journaling

Along with this Bible-reading plan, Hagerstown Church is also committing to journal through our Bible reading utilizing a method called “HEAR” journaling, popularized by Pastor Robby Gallaty. HEAR is an acronym that stands for Highlight, Explain, Apply, and Respond.

To learn more about the HEAR journal, check out this blog post about how to use the HEAR Journal.
